Diego Revollo is a Brazilian architect and an interior designer who is well-known for having a unique way with interiors. He has the ability to make any home completely comfortable and livable. In addition, he still manages to find a way of keeping it modern and classic, all at the same time. His latest design, the Villa Leopoldina is no exception. With just 70 square meters, Diego managed to craft a perfect living space for the actor-owner.
A neutral material called the burnt cement was used for the ceilings, walls and floors. In addition to this, Revollo managed to incorporate various shades of lilac, purple and burgundy throughout the house. Other modern pieces were also brought in. They were mixed together with the classic elements to give the house that unique look. I particularly adore the Trash Me Lamp made by Victor Vetterlein. It has both a modern and traditional look.
Another item that simply stands out from the rest is the Wiggle Chair made by Frank Gehry. In addition to being made from a unique cardboard material, it also has a sculptural shape that you would absolutely love.
The house has a typical kitchen that comes complete with several shiny yellow countertops and burgundy cabinets. They all wrap around to make a wonderful dining table. The space has a happy feel due to the radiant yellow color. You will definitely appreciate this aspect.Â
The house also has an office built into it with unique isolation acoustic features. They allow the owner to record various audios from the comfort of their home. In addition, the homeowner can also close the door for more privacy or to keep the office tucked away.
On the other end of the curtains, you will find the bathroom and bedroom. Both of them have a very unique design because the bathroom is spa-like and it opens up into the bedroom. These areas are distinguished using different floor materials. In addition, the closet and bathroom spaces both have wood flooring.
