One would hardly realize this tiny studio space isn’t truly a one bedroom. In this aptly decorated studio, room dividers which have a clear/see-through glass finish, allow you to see from the living room/bedroom area, directly into the bathroom space. With fully functional cabinets in the kitchen, which have a design style of industrialized steel, the apartment has the feel of an old-factory setting, with a distinct modern look and vibe.
With the see-through dividers, not only does natural light flow from one space to the other, but it truly opens up the tiny space, and gives it a much larger appearance and feel. Simple decorative pieces, such as metal towel hangers in the bathroom space, and a wicker laundry basket, afford the home with the modern look and feel, without looking too modern or new for the space. Accent pieces such as the large, green tree in the corner, also help open up the space, especially as the natural light shines through with the room divider partition in place.
Natural picture frames, which are detailed with all white and grade tones, come together with the subtle color scheme which has been chosen throughout the studio apartment space. A black sofa, alongside the wooden dining room table and contrasting chairs, also helps create a unique color scheme ,which on their own wouldn’t work, but with the decor which is in the small space, comes together quite well.
The checkered pattern on the cabinets in the kitchen, along with modern appliances, really brings the entire space together. How do you think this space works? Do you like the modern appliances/kitchen, alongside the vintage inspired decor throughout the studio on the opposing side of the partition?
