Putnam Townhouse
Putnam Townhouse designed by Brooklyn’s Shapeless Studio.
Putnam Townhouse is a Brownstone located in Brooklyn, NY. The home was originally built in 1884 and, when purchased, was in an extreme state of disrepair. The renovation sought to restore the original detailing, bringing life to the past, while seamlessly integrating minimal, modern design. The project was a gut renovation, incorporating all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. The rear of the parlor floor was opened, allowing for a generous kitchen while still paying homage to the original division of the townhouse.
