Exposed Brick and Intense White Create a Stunning Decor
This apartment offers a comfy space that is bright and distinctive. It’s newly renovated with spacious rooms, stylish bathroom, a lovely balcony, and added comforts.
What really sets this apartment apart from the more standard structured flats is the exposed brick wall. It can take some time to warm up to the idea of having exposed brick in a home; however, once the idea is accepted, there’s no turning back! The living room’s curved brick wall is a wonderful accent. Compared to flat brick walls, this uniquely styled bulwark adds a certain panache to the setting. The stark white walls and furnishings brighten the room. The natural light gleams through the many windows along with natural materials that highlight the earthy ambiance of the space.
An open space plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. It’s a relaxed type of atmosphere where friends and family can congregate and chill-out. Something else that highlights the special interior design of this apartment are the curtain-free windows. This gives the space a clean cut appearance. It also makes the room look bigger.
The kitchen area is beautifully configured with recessed lighting and the classic black-and-white floor. It’s a combination that can’t be beat! The small eating area has plenty of style with a white wooden parquet floor that extends the area giving it another dimension. It’s quietly stunning. Additional accents like the gold chandelier, silver handles on the cabinets, and white subway tiled backsplash are dynamic. The small enclave partitioned by the brick wall and stand alone pantry is a charming and quaint space with modernistic touches like the clear light bulb hanging from the ceiling and the dark wood console table.
The bedroom area is lambent and stylishly sparse. A pastel greyish silver shade caresses the room with hints of intense candy coated colors. It’s deliciously decorated with lovely accents. The huge closet does not cramp the space. Perhaps it’s the high white gloss finish combined with the pastel colored accents, white wooden floor, and nice sized curtain-less windows that opens up the space. It’s an attractive harmonious setting.
A spacious bathroom incorporates all the necessities without overcrowding the space. It’s quite impressive! The muted charcoal grey large tiled floor is perfectly matched with the glossy black toilet lid. The glass bricks add a 50s nostalgic feel.
The small balcony extends the apartment offering immediate access to fresh air and an illuminating sky. The entire flat is designed around openness with charming characteristics in each room. Even the small entryway incorporates a uniquely patterned floor with plenty of appeal and clever design. It’s an extraordinary flat that is warm and contemporary with its own individual style, that’s not easy to create!
