So, you can spot their various ideas and solutions to make the apartment incredibly exclusive. The flat of Gabriela Garcia Lopez is divided into private area and social area. The private wing consists of a bedroom open for the light to enter the room, along with an attached dressing room and a washroom, and the social area consists of the hall, the kitchen and the living room.
This apartment was revamped to maximize house space to the fullest with dossers, light and furniture. The original dossers were detached, and replaced with a curtain to the stick a couch by the window. The concept of a massive library wall to wall and bunched floor to ceiling kept everything in order, thereby creating a voluminous space.

Home Office

Wondering if the flat was completely renewed? Yes, it certainly was! The recent construction now stretched over the entire floor, connecting a compact balcony to welcome a bright and refreshing work area. In the elite part, this ambience was merged with nature, which is truly phenomenal. The furnishings were made low to allow free flow of natural light. The dining room was an enjoyable escape, and color coordinated well to accomplish the continuity between ambience’s. The cupboard doors were curtained beautifully and hid inside.

Library
In the old apartment, a niche in the wall was used as a library. With a dose of white, it was now refurbished without doors. To make it a favorite retreat, it was further lit up with exclusive LINESTRAS.

Dining Room
This is a favorite of all, isn’t? And that is why, it has to be exceptionally good! An expandable rectangular dining table that can be swung out and then folded back while not in use, fitted perfectly well in the apartment. And of course, it cleared the way and made the area look spacious while it rested on the wall. Furthermore, mirror gave volume, and accentuated the sense of depth.

Bedroom
High ceiling with white walls was chose for the bedroom to add a touch of amplitude and natural light. Also, some hues of pink were added to the room. Do you know why? Because it was the favorite color of the owner.

Front Cabinet
Given the height of the ceiling, two cabinets were cleared away, and replaced by a front cabinet to accommodate enough storage space for the clothes. The wardrobe was well coordinated with the room furnishings and curtains.

Built In
A more orderly structure was built-in to match the cabinet and overall look of the room. Sounds good? Also, door hangers for scarves, bags, etc were added, thereby saving a lot of space.

The room was redesigned without doors, and with only a small auxiliary and bars. This is a wonderful feature as it showcases all the dresses in sight, well classified by color, in order to make it easier for the person to pick the desired clothes.

Doors
Wondering where did all the old shutters of the apartment go? Well, they were all preserved! The apartment followed the open space concept, to let in natural light. The bedroom balcony was revamped with glass doors instead of windows, again to let in more light.

The wooden floor was color coordinated with the neutral hues of the bedroom, washroom and dressing room, with a touch of pink, of course.
