Based in west London, Buchanan Studio conceptualises and creates dynamic spaces and identities. Creative Director Angus Buchanan co-founded the studio with his wife, Charlotte, following many years working at a set designer for luxury global brands and publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Burberry, Versace and Dolce & Gabbana.

“Our bathroom featuring the two “sheds” as they’ve been coined by our children. One housing a shower, the other a loo. Tiled both on the outside as well as the inside. With bespoke hand-aged triptych mirror made over an antique double pedestal sink found at a salvage yard.”

“We’ve received a lot of love – and definitely some hate! – For our childrens bathroom.
We love designing houses that have juxtaposition and tensions from one room to the next. For us, a house doesn’t all have to be in one style or colour pallet and a small bathroom is the perfect place to let loose with creativity.”
