hay Cochrane, owner of SC Stockshop, welcomes us to her home which proves to be more stunning than the premium-styled images on her website. Family heirlooms and upscale investments make up the interiors of her 3000-sq-ft Tampla, FL space.
You initially get the impression of an overall pristine appearance with white walls, ceilings, and light wooden flooring. Shay’s place is nice and neat, yet remains functional in favor of a home that brings family and guests together in a comfortable setting.
Apart from its distinct charm and overflowing creativity, what makes the home so lovely are the arched structures. Even more unique are the upper shelving seamlessly incorporated in the upper portion of the walls. Woven baskets, vintage panels, potted plants, ornate accents, round and rectangular pieces of furniture make up the whole.
The living room sofa set is lined with throws in both plains and prints. The comfy seat is set across two stylishly mismatched chairs, one crafted from leather and the other cushioned armchair featuring metal legs. Centered in the room is a huge table with a global flair in its circular solid form. 
Exemplifying individual beauty with its sleek design, the fireplace creates a warm open space to share with guests. It brings vivacious vibe to a room along with the mounted TV for entertainment. Three large paintings hung on one side depict a fantastic scenery, set above a sideboard that provides more storage space.
The kitchen is sure to inspire with the lustrous and elegant island paired with white bar stools standing on long wooden legs. You can freely move about given the generous cooking space and prep meals using state-of-the-art appliances. The pendant lighting above matches the little geometric shapes seen across the home. There’s plenty of storage in drawers, upper and lower cabinetry, and provision for vast smooth and uncluttered counters. Tall windows and a clear globe light fixture lights up the breakfast nook paired with four eames style chairs in the most charming way.
A long wooden table invites you for a good meal as you sit on the white slide chairs with steel legs set over rawhide rug. Another statement lighting graces its radiance, with 2 matching lamps placed on either side of the oversized hub round mirror.

I love the bright accessories you’ve added to your space. I go back and forth on “all white” rooms. I see one I love, then I see another that seems utterly sterile. The white you have chosen is quite bright, I don’t know if I’d ever be so brave, but the textures, greenery, bright flowers and enviable dining set truly pop and the white becomes the backdrop. Beautiful!
