Georgian House Filled With Antiques Picked Up Over 17 Years

Georgian House Filled With Antiques

This house is an exhilarating collection of antiques that give it an authentic look and feel. The antique items were meticulously collected by the owners over a period of 17 years, and the resulting look is very well worth it.
The living room has a table and floor that are made from antique wood, which transports the room to a time period of an older century. This is offset by the cushions, chair, and sofa which give the room a comfortable and welcoming vibe. To top it off, the walls are decorated with vintage artwork of paintings that add to the authenticity of the room.

The dining room of the house has a long wooden table, surrounded by 8 wooden chairs. The glassware and woodwork help add to the antique look of the house, and the numerous chairs suggest that it’s a very Victorian-era dining table. Above the table, there is a chandelier made from Italian antique parts, and it’s one of the most beautiful things about the room. Also, behind the table is a fireplace, with some wooden artwork sitting on top of it, that seals the homely and comforting vibe of the room.
Now, the kitchen of this house is unique, and it’s slightly different from the other rooms in the house. It has a brick wall with a window, which makes the kitchen look very vintage. The rest of the kitchen looks newer. There is an antique French wine merchant’s sign above the window. This is contrasted with a 1940’s Parisian machinist’s lamp which looms over the kitchen table. The kitchen has an impressive blend of different perspectives, both modern and old.
The landing is made with the similar antique wood as the rest of the house. The dresser has a distinct moss color with scraped wood, which makes it look like furniture from the 1920’s. Above it, there’s a painting with some artwork of a vase and a wooden house, which keeps up with the theme of the house.
Finally, the master bedroom is quite a step away from antique. It has a very bright color scheme with blue and white decor. The paintings, made by a French artist, are also a bright blue depicting a vase. The large bed with pillows looks cozy and comfortable.
