Bringing Beauty to a 506 ft2 Scandinavian Apartment: Modern, Elegant and Calm
As any interior designer would attest, decorating a small apartment can be super challenging. It requires the designer to be highly ingenious in order to bring the best out of the tiny space without sacrificing the comfort of the place while still saving space. That is why this Scandinavian interior is done in an excellent way with shades of calm white and grey while ensuring that it is simple, modern elegant and functional, precisely what such an apartment needs.
Small and Beautiful
As expected, this apartment is small, very clean, beautiful and with a very soothing interior. It has three main rooms with very simple interior design with a limited color palette chiefly consisting of shades of white and grey with a vibe of exposed brick around the kitchen area to give it a vintage touch.
This beautiful layout is exceptionally adapted to meet the needs of a young couple or an individual. The apartment’s high ceilings make it appear bigger while the white walls accentuate openness of the living room. The dining area and the kitchen are nicely done with exotic accessories to give it a modern look.

The entrance comes with a small hall to the living room, dining area and the kitchen. This extravagantly styled kitchen is a semi-open space with a half wall separating it from the living room and the dining area. The living room has a large window and is interestingly designed with pictures on the wall and a huge flat screen fitted on the wall. The rugged carpet and a greenish pillar finish this elegant look.
The bedroom is magnificently finished with vertical blinds that offer some sense of privacy with a stylish Swedish-style slanting chair that is elegantly covered in a light grey soft-to-touch material. The hallway to a walk-in wardrobe full of clothes and shoes is perfectly decorated with a Persian floor mat, an elegant light decoration of light orange, silver and black with a nicely fitted bookshelf on the top.
The white shades of the bathroom area ooze modernity and simplicity at its best. This decor is very modern, inviting and minimalist. This is a true Scandinavian design that includes all the functional details of modern and comfortable apartment living.
