Another great hidden bed is Zoom-Room (www. Zoom-Room.com), the electronic, remote controlled, retractable Murphy Bed. Unlike traditional Murphy Beds, it rolls down from behind a cabinet at the touch of a button, so you can put a flat screen TV in front and no one knows there’s a bed in there. It comes with standard or custom millwork and fits any decor. It’s similar to the POINT Architecture bed at the top of the list, but you don’t need the space in back. When retracted, it sits vertically in the cabinet (and you only need 2′ of depth).
