You can make your own or buy one. Mason jars are available at virtually any craft store and cost about $1 a piece. Fill them with some sand, colorful paper, streamers, or just paint the exterior orange and brown to go with the rest of your tablescape. Pinecones are festive for this time of year. If you live in a region where they’re readily available outside, so your foraging. Otherwise, like your leaves, you can go to a craft store and buy fake pinecones. Simply paint them orange (to counterbalance the brown), and handprint everyone’s name on a place setter at the dinner table. You can have the kids get in the mix for them to create place settings for the kids table.
