Designed by the renowned Catalan architect, Javier Barba, this house is considered to be one of the most impressive on the island of Mykonos.
The design concept has close ties with the traditional architecture of the island, curving domes, rounded walls and whitewashed chimney stacks together with strong stone walls to provide shelter against the scorching heat and the ‘meltemi’, the north winds, common to Mykonos during the summer months.
French designer Christian Liaigre is responsible for the interior furnishings which ooze elegance and comfort. Neutral and earth tones together with wooden beams, stately columns, parquet and coloured cement floors complete the interior of this spectacular island home.
