Rearranging pipes and plumbing requires more work, which translates to longer construction time and higher contractor costs. If your goal is to spend less, then consider simply replacing the sink, counters, and shower fixtures rather than rearranging the entire bathroom.
3. Update, Don’t Replace
Consider updating most of the stuff that’s already in your bathroom instead of replacing them. Take a closer look and you’ll likely find that there are many things that you don’t need to throw out yet. Upgrade frame mirrors to make them like new. Instead of replacing the toilet, why not swap out the seat instead? And so on…
