A 200+ year old traditional Cycladic house was restored by Ioannis Exarchou with all respect to the vernacular architectural philosophy of the Cyclades, Greece. Simple and earthly, it oozes calmness. Nothing in the house is redundant; everything serves a purpose. To relax and enjoy a well designed environment at its full.

The 120m2 house is at ground level and has two small but cozy yards, one in front and one at the rear. Yumi Floor Lamp designed by Shigeru Ban for FontanaArte. This contemporary floor lamp is an arch in extremely narrow (10mm thick) carbon fiber. Its head houses a series of LEDs and a dissipator appropriately sunk into its structure. It is connected to the base via an alloy element inside the structure itself. Black structure in composite material coated with carbon fibre. Black lacquered metal base.
