Margaux Beja, the architect and owner of this lovely space turned an old apartment to this chic contemporary living space with raw character. The redevelopment of an XVIII century’s apartment in the heart of Marais, Paris, retains the charm of the old while mingling comptemporary elements. A glass wall separates the living space by bedroom and allows the light to spread throughout the apartment. Bathroom, laundry and dressing are hidden behind a wood wall in solid walnut. Choice of raw materials and neutral colors highlights the existing volumes. An urban chalet with white walls and rustic beams in the heart of Paris.
